I love chocolate chip cookies. I decided to come up with a bit healthier version that doesn’t sacrifice the yummy taste. Mmm, chocolate chip cookies!
Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies
½ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup agave
1 small package of fat free/sugar free pudding (I used cheesecake, yum)
2- 2 ¼ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Prehead oven to 375 degrees.
Combine butter brown sugar, agave, eggs, vanilla and pudding mix in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour, soda and salt. Once well mixed add in chocolate chips.
Use a 1” scoop and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Makes 30 cookies.
