I had been craving soft pretzels for quite some time before I got around to searching for a recipe and trying to make a batch out myself. I found this recipe on food networks site.
They turned out so delicious.
I learned a lot. Like when you are preparing to boil the dough in the soda water it needs to be at a rolling boil, or it just doesn’t work right. It is also going to take some practice getting them to look like one you might buy in the mall. I used kosher salt rather than pretzel salt, which was still delicious.
I look forward to trying this recipe again. It definitely is a keeper! Yumm.
