Another creation, made with what I had on hand.
Pork and Pear Asian Salad
1/8 C rice vinegar
1 can of diced pears
1 Tbs olive oil
Head or bag of chopped romaine lettuce
Two cooked pork chops sliced
Chow mien noodles
Drain the syrup of your canned pears into a dish. Set aside pears. Add rice vinegar and olive oil to the syrup. Blend well. Combine lettuce, pork and pears and toss. A yummy sweet and tangy salad.
